The Service

Q: How soon are you able to attend to our clients?

We aim to attend to all our customers as quickly as possible, however we reserve certain time for our Letting Agents and Property Management Companies to ensure there issues are dealt with as quickly as possible.

If we attend site and find that certain materials are required, these will be ordered in and a scheduled installation date will be made.

We also ensure we are flexible to meet to your clients working needs and can attend late evenings or weekends.

Q: Do you deal with Communal Properties as well as Single Properties?

Yes! We are not only able to assist you with blocks of flats that you may manage, but also properties that have independent Satellite Dishes and TV Aerials.

If your client or tenant is experiencing issues with their TV reception, or requires a new installation before moving in, we are also able to assist you.

Q: Will you provide a quotation before carrying out any works?

If you contact us for a new installation or an upgrade to an existing system, then we will provide a Free Site Survey before carrying out any works, and send to you a written quotation.

If one of your properties is experiencing signal issues, missing channels or general interference, we will initially provide a Diagnosis Visit which will consist of up to one hours labour, if any further time or materials are required again a written quotation / report will be sent to you for approval before we proceed.

Q: My Tenant is not always very accommodating, how would you address this?

Working with clients day in day out, our Engineers have experience addressing clients to ensure they are helped in the most efficient way possible.

We will endevour to contact and arrange a suitable time to visit that suits the client, either early morning, late evenings or a weekend.

We will also try to never leave someone without TV reception, if additional materials are required and are not available straight away, we will provide a temporary fix in order to leave them some sort of working TV.

We will always present ourselves in a manor that portrays us as a company, but also on behalf of you as the Agent.

Great news, we offer at least a 12 Month Warranty on all installation or upgrades. Were necessary we are also able to offer a 24 month warranty so you know you’re always covered. All materials/equipment that we supply comes with its own 12 Month Manufactures Warranty, unless otherwise stated. *we are not able to offer coverage for an third party interference or weather damage.

Yes, we carry £2 Million public liability and £10 Million public liability to ensure that both you and us are covered. This is available to view upon request.
