The Service

Q: Do you charge to provide an estimate?  

We offer Free Site Surveys on all new installation works and upgrades, we provide a written estimate for you to keep and will even price match a written estimate by another contractor.

Q: What is the process once I contact you?  

Once you call one of our dedicated team in the office we will obtain as much information regarding the works you require, and provide you will an idea on costs and timescale to the best of our ability. We will then schedule an Engineer to visit, and either provide a written estimate or diagnose/install as required. Following this we will provide you with all the paperwork necessary following our works, take payment if required, and leave you stress free with a safe home environment.

Q: Will I receive a time slot for when to expect the Engineer to arrive?  

Once you schedule an appointment with our office team on a day convenient for yourself, you will be given a two hour time slot which the Engineer will arrive in. We can also organise for one of the team to contact you when the Engineer navigates to your property to provide a more definitive estimate, this means you don’t have to take time out of your whole day just to accommodate us.

Great news, we offer at least a 12 Month Warranty on all installation or upgrades. Were necessary we are also able to offer a 24 month warranty so you know you’re always covered. All materials/equipment that we supply comes with its own 12 Month Manufactures Warranty, unless otherwise stated. *we are not able to offer coverage for an third party interference or weather damage.

Yes, we carry £2 Million public liability and £10 Million public liability to ensure that both you and us are covered. This is available to view upon request.
